Happy Eater of the Month Terms & Conditions

Hey Mommy & Daddy! 🌟 Do you have a little Happy Eater in the house? Capture their precious moments and share with us! You could stand a chance to win an attractive prize worth S$100 and get featured by us too! One lucky winner will be selected monthly and announced on the Nanimom Instagram profile.

Participating is easy! Simply share your masterpiece on your IG profile in the form of a post, reel (preferred!), or story, and tag @nanimombabyfoods with the hashtag #nanimomhappyeater. If your profile is private, just DM us "Happy Eater of the Month" followed by your photo/video.

Please read the complete terms and conditions below:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Open to global and Singapore Nanimom customers

  2. Campaign Period:

    • The campaign will run monthly, starting from 2024-Mar-15 to 2024-Sep-31.

  3. How to Participate:

    • Share your little one’s eating moments or a recipe on Instagram with the mention @nanimombabyfoods and hashtag #nanimomhappyeater.
    • Only entries submitted within the campaign period will be considered valid.

  4. Selection of Winners:

    • One winner will be selected each month by the Nanimom team based on the creativity, originality, popularity and relevance of the entry.
    • The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within seven (7) days of the end of the campaign period.
    • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial contact, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of Nanimom.

  5. Prize:

    • The winner will receive S$100 worth of Nanimom Products in the form of store credit. Non-Singapore winner will receive store credit from Nanimom international store https://global.nanimom.sg
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  6. Publicity:

    • By participating in the campaign, participants grant Nanimom the right to use their entry content for promotional purposes across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, and email newsletters.

  7. General Conditions:

    • Nanimom reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior.
    • Nanimom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating in the campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  8. Data Privacy:

    • Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  9. Governing Law:

    • The campaign is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from or related to the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
