Your products are suitable for what age?
You may refer to the recommended age for individual products.
In general, babies below 12-month are recommended to have simpler ingredients and flavors, and the rule of thumb is, you should offer foods without additives, low sodium, and without added sugar. Also monitor if there's any allergic reaction after the consumption of specific food.

Are you Halal certified?
We are not Halal certified. However, we are committed to not processing pork, lard, or alcohol in our factory. We have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure that none of these ingredients are present in our products. Besides, we also use organic vegetables, spices & herbs, flours, and halal certified meats, dairy products
What is the expiry date of the product?
We guarantee that the products directly purchase from our website are freshly made, the production date will not be exceeding 30-day to the date of receipt by you. So you can have a peace of mind by getting the freshest products each time.
How long can the product last after opened?
Our products are not added with any kind of preservatives, salt and anti-caking agents.
Food powders and spices having 12 months shelf life unopened; You are recommended to consume the food powders 3 months after opening; spices & herbs 6 months after opening.
For frozen broths and sauces, the shelf life is 6 months when unopened; immediate consumption after thawing is recommended, otherwise, keep for later use in the fridge not more than 1 day (or 2 days if you're thawing overnight in the fridge instead of reheating).
